Growing up in multicultural Sweden with close family ties to Italy and Greece, Aisha has long loved mediterranean coastal cuisine. She has a deep connection to sophisticated food and cherishes the celebration of its flavors & craftsmanship. When she stepped into the hospitality industry in 2015, at Matsuhisa, Aisha discovered customer relations to be second nature.
